I had almost given up when I contacted you to see if I could arrange a mortgage for me. I only had 23 hours left to secure a mortgage and submit my offer to buy a property to meet with the closing deadline of 12 noon the following day.

To complicate matters the property was a shared ownership scheme which not many lenders will lend on. I required a 100% mortgage loan to buy the 50% share of the property.
